Description
The rustic Finca Casa Antigua is a traditional Mallorcan finca surrounded by the beautiful nature of Mallorca and is located at the foot of the so called "Hamburger Hill", approx. 2 km outside Santanyí in the direction of Cas Concos in the south-east of the island. In the charming village of Santanyí, which you can reach in a few minutes, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques for shopping and twice a week there is a colorful weekly market in the village center with products from the region. Here you can buy fresh local fruit and vegetables as well as pretty handmade souvenirs.

The most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards or Cala S'amarador, are approx. 9 km from the finca. Here you can lie in the sun on the white sandy beach, enjoy a refreshment at one of the beach bars or in the Spanish "chiringuitos", go diving and snorkeling. The entire south-east coast is known for its gentle tourism far away from the crowds and enchants with the many turquoise-colored bays that gather along the entire coast, all the way up to the north-east. Discover the diversity of Mallorca in a very enchanting way and get to know the island from a completely new and very special side, which is sure to delight you too.

Property description:

Surrounded by almond trees and carob trees, Casa Antigua offers a unique ambience in the midst of nature for relaxing days on the island. The finca is situated in a sheltered yet secluded location about 5 minutes by car from the village of Santanyí. The small roads with hardly any traffic are also ideal for walking. You can walk to the Consolación monastery in Alquería Blanca in just 3 km.

Casa Antigua has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. The cozy living area leads into the kitchen and from here into another dining room.

The outdoor area has been lovingly planted and is very charming. The vines grow slowly up the walls like a canopy and offer protection from the sun. The private pool invites you to cool off. You can take a siesta on the sun terrace in the afternoon or read your vacation book undisturbed. It's easy to forget everyday life, unwind and recharge your batteries. The finca also has its own barbecue and dining area. Here you can sit out in the fresh air long into the evening and enjoy the unique atmosphere over a delicious dinner or a glass of wine by candlelight.

Next to Finca Casa Antigua is the neighboring finca Sa Madonbeta. For a larger group, you can book both fincas separately and thus there are sleeping facilities for a total of nine people. The fincas are in close proximity (approx. 1 minute walk), but are not visible to each other.

Please note that the use of air conditioning incurs an additional charge of €15 per day. This fee is not calculated in advance but is collected directly on-site by the owner. We would like to inform our guests that this service is completely optional and should only be used if needed.

There is oil central heating for the winter.
The heating has an additional cost of 20 € / per day between November 1 and April 30.
Bringing your small dog is an additional 80 € / per stay. Only one small dog is allowed per stay.

What is in the finca on arrival?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. Pool towels can be booked for a fee of 15 € per towel.
There is a small set of basic spices and oil in the kitchen. 1 bottle of water, 1-2 dishwasher tabs and 1-2 bin bags are also provided. In the toilets there is hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper for your arrival. If an item is no longer available, this item must be purchased by the guests. Air conditioning is available as an optional amenity, with a daily fee of €10.
If you need anything else in addition to the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us. The agency can fulfill further wishes for a purchase fee.

What we expect from our guests:
Guest are asked to take care of their rubbish and leave the house in very good conditions. No youth groups under 25 years are allowed unless they provide proof that they have good intentions. No parties are allowed.
Occupying the house with more than 4 people is strictly forbidden and leads to termination of the stay. Only the amount of people in the reservation are allowed to stay. If someone wants to join the travel group, the reservation must be modified and can maximum accommodate up to 4 people.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
