The Finca Sa Madoneta is located at the foot of Hamburger Hill, about 2 km outside of Santanyí in the direction of Cas Concos in the southeast of the island. In the charming village of Santanyí, which can be reached in a few minutes, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques for shopping and, twice a week, a colourful weekly market in the centre of the village with regional products. Here you can buy both fresh local fruits and vegetables as well as handmade souvenirs.

The most beautiful beach on the island, such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards or Cala S'amarador, are about 9 km from the Finca. Here you can lie on the white sandy beach in the sun, have a refreshment in one of the beach bars or go diving and snorkelling. The entire southeast coast is known for its gentle tourism away from the masses and enchants with many turquoise bays that stretch along the entire coast to the northeast. Discover the diversity of Mallorca in a very charming way and get to know the island from a new and very special side, which you will surely also love.

Property description:

Surrounded by almond and carob trees, Finca Damián offers a unique environment in the middle of nature to enjoy relaxing days on the island. Due to the slight location on the slope and the southern orientation of the Finca, it has a dream view over the entire landscape up to the coast, and you can even see the neighbouring island of Cabrera in the distance.

Finca Sa Madoneta has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed, offering space for a total of five people. From the living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a large dining table and a cosy corner of sofas, you have direct access to the magnificent sunny terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Refresh yourself in the turquoise blue swimming pool, which will make you forget the daily grind at home and relax in peace. Under the covered terrace, you can sit comfortably and have dinner or wait for the grill master to bring the food to the table. Here you will surely spend unforgettable summer evenings with your loved ones.

Please note that the use of air conditioning incurs an additional charge of €15 per day. This fee is not calculated in advance, but is charged directly on site by the owner. We want to inform our guests that this service is completely optional and should only be used if necessary.

What's in the house?
Bed linen, towels and optional pool towels are provided to guests for an additional charge. In the kitchen there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tablets and 1-2 rubbish bags are also stored. If an item is no longer available, this item must be purchased by you. In the bathrooms there is hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In accordance with government regulations, each guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. In some booking channels, this is not automatically charged. In this case, you will receive additional information about this separate payment.
