Property location:

The beautiful chalet is located in a nice and quiet residential area of Cala Santanyí in the southeast of the island. In just a few minutes you can reach on foot one of the most picturesque bays of the island. From the local viewpoint of the bay, you have a dreamlike view of the popular rock arch 'Es Pontas' and look out to the horizon. If you prefer something more sporty, you can also explore the coast by kayakstand-up paddle, directly from the water side.

Just 200m away there is a small supermarket that always spoils you with freshly baked pastries and on the beach you have a selection of restaurants for an evening meala 'café con leche' in the afternoon.

Just a few minutes' drive away, you can experience more highlights of Mallorca. You can discover idyllic bays like 'Cala Sa Nau''Cala Llombards'get to know 'Es Trenc' with its Caribbean blue water.

The traditional fishing port of Cala Figuera is about 2 km away. Here you can sit in one of the many restaurants on the promenade and watch the fishing boats entering the harbour.

In the approximately 4 km distant town of Santanyí, you have the opportunity to stroll through the typical Mallorcan alleys and take a look at the numerous, tasteful boutiquesthe weekly market. Here no wishes remain unfulfilled and you will definitely find a nice souvenir for your loved ones at home. You will also find larger supermarkets, pharmacies and cash machines here.

The southeast of Mallorca is an ideal place to discover the untouched nature of Mallorca, away from mass tourism.

The holiday home has a friendly living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, so that nothing stands in the way of a self-prepared evening mealthe evening get-together. The house offers space for up to 6 people: two of the bedrooms have double beds, the third bedroom has two single beds. An ideal layout for families who want to travel with two children. The bright, tiled bathrooms are equipped with showers and hairdryers. The holiday home has air conditioning, which can be used by you from 1 June to 30 September.

The outdoor area has a wonderful terrace with a dining table, where you can have your family breakfast in the morningenjoy the mild night for a long time by candlelight. From here you reach the lovingly designed pool area with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The pool has heating, which is only in operation during certain periods. The heating is from 1 April to 31 May and from 15 September to 31 October, with a maximum temperature of 26 degrees Celsius. Read a book in peace in the shade of the palm leavescool off in the fresh water of the pool. The outdoor area also has its own barbecue area, where you can prepare your individual barbecue. A special highlight is the roof terrace, accessible via a staircase. Here you will find a dining table, a lounge, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and water connection. A grill is also available, but a gas bottle must be purchased for use. The roof terrace offers the perfect place to fully enjoy the sun and the view.

Parking spaces are available on the street next to the house.

Since this holiday property has central heating, you are also welcome in the winter. Whether as a holidaymaker in the low seasonas a Mallorca winter resident: here, in addition to the cosy island climate, a pleasant living climate is also guaranteed.

What is in the house?
For the guests, bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. In the kitchen there is a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and 1-2 bin bags are also available. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that this item is repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.
