The beach offers a selection of restaurants where you can enjoy dinner or a leisurely café con leche in the afternoon. Just a short drive away, you can experience more highlights of Mallorca. Discover idyllic coves such as Cala Sa Nau or Cala Llombards, or visit Es Trenc with its Caribbean blue waters. In the nearby town of Santanyí, approximately 3 km away, you have the opportunity to wander through the typical Mallorcan streets and explore the numerous tasteful boutiques and the weekly market. Here, you will find everything you need, including larger supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs, ensuring that all your needs are met during your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. From a stove and refrigerator to a toaster and coffee maker, everything is available to unleash your culinary skills. The bedroom is tastefully furnished and equipped with a comfortable double bed. The adjoining bathroom has a modern shower and offers direct access from the bedroom, providing additional convenience.

In addition to the comfort of the apartment, you can also enjoy the shared amenities of the Can Flores complex. Dive into the refreshing pool and enjoy the sun on the comfortable sun loungers. The surrounding garden invites you to linger and offers a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
