The Finca spans two floors and features a total of 4 bedrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy hallway and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven. Additionally, there is a living room, a dining area, and two bedrooms on the ground floor. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the outdoor area, where you will find a large dining area and a barbecue area. Enjoy culinary delights outdoors and take the opportunity to soak in the Mediterranean atmosphere. On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has its own staircase. The larger bedroom on the first floor features a relaxing living area and a bathroom with a bathtub. This area offers a magnificent view of the surroundings and is the ideal place to unwind and relax.

The outdoor area of Finca Can Nin is a true highlight. A large lawn extends in front of the house, inviting you to engage in outdoor activities. Here you will also find a refreshing pool surrounded by umbrellas and sun loungers. Spend sunny days by the pool, taking the time to relax and sunbathe. A hammock is also available for you to sway in the gentle breeze and enjoy nature.

Please note that this house is equipped with an alarm and camera security system, but it WILL NOT BE ACTIVE during your stay. We only activate it when the house is unoccupied for several days.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
