This spacious 250 m² house features a lovely backyard with a lawn area, a table and chairs for outdoor meals, and a fixed barbecue. An outdoor shower offers a refreshing way to cool off on warm days. At the entrance, a cozy terrace is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or reading a book. Inside, the bright living room and dining area are open-plan and equipped with air conditioning, a dining table, and comfortable sofas with armchairs for relaxing. A second living room offers additional seating with two sofas. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a vitro hob, utensils, and a dining table for casual meals. The laundry room is separate and includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a single bed, and the third with two single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with fans. There are two spacious bathrooms with showers. If traveling with a baby, a crib and high chair can be provided. Located in Santanyi, just 5 km from the coast, the village offers beautiful coves and pristine beaches perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Natural Park of Mondragó is a must-visit, showcasing local flora and fauna. Note: Guests under 25 years old cannot stay unless they are part of a family. A copy of all guests’ passports is required to confirm the booking. Pets and events are not allowed. The Balearic Ecotasa tourist tax applies.
