Description

Villa located in a quiet area 500 meters from the beach, in the municipality of Sanxenxo. The chalet is fully furnished and distributes its 67 m² between two floors with space for up to six people. On the ground floor is the kitchen-dining room, which has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, 2 fridges with a small freezer, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine... There is also a sofa bed and a television. Furthermore, on this floor there is one of the three bedrooms with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with a window to the outside, shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor there is another bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a bedroom with two beds (each 1.05 m x 1.90 m). Crockery, bed linen and towels are also provided. The house has a closed garden of more than 1200 m² with barbecue, a large terrace where you can eat and enjoy the outdoors and parking for up to 2 cars. The accommodation also has an outdoor shower and a table tennis table. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed in the house. The house is located in a quiet residential area close to a bakery, a supermarket, a bus stop and a lake. A little further you will also find a go-kart track and horse riding. The closest beach is 500 m away. The towns of Portonovo, Sanxenxo, O Grove and A Illa da Toxa are within 10 km of the house.
