The property features a private 40 m² chlorine pool with depths ranging from 0.6 to 1.7 meters, a spacious terrace with sun loungers, garden chairs, a ping-pong table, and a parasol. Guests can also enjoy the al-fresco dining area with a barbecue and a furnished porch that provides access to the fully equipped kitchen-dining room. The villa has three bedrooms: one with a 1.35-meter double bed, one with a 1.5-meter double bed, and one with two twin beds.
