Beautiful finca located in a quiet and old town with great charm.The property is located in Caimari, a small town with less than 1,000 inhabitants that preserves the charm of the old Malloquine villages, with streets and stone houses and the beautiful Tramuntana mountains in its surroundings, so the area is ideal to do excursions and get to know the deepest Mallorca. In addition, in Caimari you will find small local shops.If you want to enjoy a good atmosphere, in Inca, a city located less than 10 minutes by car from the property, you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and large supermarkets.The finca has a totally private pool and a large plot with a garden and terrace, ideal to enjoy with children. In addition, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a world heritage site. Inside you will find four bedrooms with capacity for 8 people, 3 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room.-If the reservation is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance, despite this, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.-As you know, in some areas there is a mandatory tax called ecotasa, used by public agencies for the preservation of the environment.
