Outside, the fabulous saltwater pool (9 x 4.5 meters, depth 1.1 to 1.9 meters) and garden with sun loungers provide the perfect setting to enjoy the island's great weather. Relax on the furnished porch with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining. The property is fenced, and there are neighbors nearby. The house is located on the first floor, offering a wonderful terrace with views of the pool and mountains, furnished for outdoor meals. Inside, the cozy living room is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. Next to it is the dining area, and the separate kitchen, also with AC, includes a ceramic hob and a small table for casual dining. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house features 3 bedrooms, all with AC: one with twin beds, and two with double beds (one with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub). There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the rest of the house. Oil central heating is available, and a cot and high chair can be provided for families with babies. Located in Selva, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, the house is 23 km from Puerto de Alcudia beach. The village has all essential services, and the weekly market takes place on Wednesdays. The Pollensa Golf course is 21 km away. Tourist license: ETV/11214 Pets and events are not allowed. The tourist tax must be paid on-site, varying between 0.55EURO /night in low season and 2.2EURO /night in high season. The tax is reduced by half after the 9th day.
