House:
The wonderful exteriors are the perfect place to enjoy the good Mediterranean climate. Undoubtedly, the protagonist is the private chlorine pool that measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.6 meters. You can sunbathe on the available sun loungers around the pool and prepare a delicious barbecue while enjoying an aperitif on the outdoor sofas. Right next to the house, you can all eat together under the shade of the pergola or spend an entertaining afternoon playing ping pong. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The beautiful house offers a traditional and cosy style. Upon entering we find a beautiful dining room equipped with AC and satellite TV. Next, you find the kitchen, with a ceramic hob and a table for a quick breakfast. The separate laundry area offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has a second living room also with AC and TV, where you can relax in a more informal atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, all three with a double bed and AC, and one of them also with a single bed. Also one of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The last bedroom is on the 1st floor, it's open to the living area and offers 2 single beds. There are two more bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a hydromassage bath. Finally, a cot and a high chair are available in case you are travelling with your baby. The house is located on the outskirts of Sencelles, a charming and central town on the island, where there is a small supermarket, restaurants and bars. However, a car is necessary if you want to move around the island and visit countless beaches and coves, although the closest one is in Can Picafort, about 33 km away. If one day you want to buy artisan and local products, you cannot miss the weekly market in Sineu, which is held on Wednesdays, or the traditional Inca market, held on Thursday mornings. Please note that there is a mandatory extra charge for electricity consumption of 15 euros per night to be paid on site. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars. The amount varies between 0.55EURO /night and guest during the low season and 2.2EURO /night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
