The exteriors of the property are designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with all the comforts. In its terrace there is a salt swimming pool of 5x2.75m and a constant depth of 1.50m, perfect to refresh yourself. Furthermore, in the well-kept garden area you will find sun loungers and a porch equipped with a barbecue and a large table in the shade so that you can enjoy unforgettable family meals. Being in the village, the house has direct neighbours. The interior of the recently renovated three-storey house is tastefully decorated. It is also designed for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. On the ground floor there is a nice living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and open to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook great meals. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes this floor. A staircase leads to the upper floors, where you will find the spacious bedrooms and the other bathrooms. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of them with air conditioning. On this floor there are two bathrooms with bathtub, one of them en suite. Another flight of stairs leads to the last bedroom, which has AC and access to a second terrace with chill out area. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair. Mallorca's beautiful south-east is a unique part of the island, characterised by fine sandy beaches, landscapes of singular beauty and the white salt mountains in Las Salinas. The most outstanding beach is Es Trenc, a natural space of several kilometres. Tourist license: ETV/8459
