In the large living room with its view of the garden there is a comfortable living room suite with satellite TV as well as a large dining table with chairs. Furthermore, there is also air conditioning, heating, floor heating and Internet in the house. From here you can easily explore the rest of the island and the capital, Palma, by car. Public transport is also nearby. The beautiful beaches in the southwest of Majorca are located in the immediate surroundings of the holiday home and can be easily reached on foot. The golf courses in Poniente and Santa Ponsa can be reached within five minutes. Restaurants and bars are also nearby (200 m). Shopping possibilities for daily needs are located in 300 m away. Many tourists and active sports enthusiasts are attracted to Majorca annually - with its warm climate, including during the winter months (15°C on average), and 300 days of sunshine per year. It is also the ideal place for rest and relaxation or for those interested in culture. A traditional weekly market takes place every Monday in the town of Calvia, the oldest town in the municipality, with over 60 stalls along the main road.
