It is located on a hill, not far from Son Carrió in a quiet rural area. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the coast from Porto Cristo to Cala Millor. This villa is built on a hillside and has 3 levels, which are connected through an internal staircase. Each floor has its own character. The spacious room layout and the harmonious interplay of modern and classic elements create an ambience in which one immediately feels like at home. The villa is surrounded by a garden, making it an ideal place to relax. The pool area with jacuzzi and the terraces with sun loungers and the spectacular views create such a pleasant atmosphere that you almost don't want to leave the house. It is also an ideal place to enjoy the legendary Majorcan evenings. Two entrances with electrically opening wrought iron doors lead to the main entrance with side parking and a ground floor entrance with covered parking for 4 vehicles and a large terrace for parking, as well as a play area for children, and a covered area with a table tennis table.
