Fantastic Villa on a very quiet area

Here you will feel right at home, the property keep the essence of the Mediterranean. The house is located at the north of the island in a very quiet village, Son Serra de Marina, next to Ca'n Picafort.
The house has four bedrooms well furnitured, two with double bed and the other two with two single beds. It has three bathrooms one on suite with shower, the other two have bath tub.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped also well furnitured, has also dishwasher. The living room is cozy and invites you to stay. Satellite TV, and WiFi are available.
The garden is very well maintained. It has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, also has a garden furniture with a nice table to enjoy lovely bbq at the sunshine evenings. You have a lovely choice to make unforgettable moments in a great place that also offers a nice size pool for you to have a lot of fun. A table tennis table is available for sporting activities.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
