This Mallorcan estate is a rarity! Here you will find a successful blend of tradition and modernity. The character of this old manor has been largely preserved, yet you do not have to give up the amenities of a modern equipment.

This finca is particularly suitable for friends and families who want to enjoy life in and with nature. On the large estate are horses, ducks, sheep and much more. If wanted, you can rent the horses for a guided ride.
This fantastic finca is located between the towns of Petra and Son Serra de Marina and can accommodate up to 8 people. In addition to the main building, there are still some farm buildings, where tools and equipment for finca management were housed. Many of the ancient objects can still be admired today.
Entering through the lobby, you enter the comfortably furnished living and dining room with satellite TV, and DVD player and of course WiFi . In the fully equipped kitchen. you will not have to miss anything, here too you will find a successful mix of modern technology in a rustic setting.
The house is prepared with 4 bedrooms (3 x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) and 4 bathrooms en suite lovingly prepared for 8 persons. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor, the other two are upstairs. The clients will be able to use and enjoy the entire property.
In the outdoor area is the natural pool of 4x8 m and offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. Distributed on the property there are many different sitting areas where you can relax and enjoy nature.
