This beautiful villa is located in the idyllic village of Son Serra de Marina. The modern and avant-garde architecture is ideal for enjoying an excellent holiday on the island of Mallorca.

The villa is located very close to the beach and offers a fantastic view of the peninsula of Formentor.
The interior is equipped with the highest quality materials and uniquely designed furniture. The house offers a living area of 300 m², distributed over three floors. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and four bathrooms. There is also an office, a large gymnasium and a garage.
Outside, you will find a dining area, swimming pool and barbecue area.

In the living room there is a large leather sofa with chaise longue. The TV can be rotated 360º, and you can even see it from the outside sitting area. In the elegant dining room you have a wonderful view of the sea.
In this open environment, a large kitchen island dominates the spacious and functional kitchen, fully equipped with high quality appliances. These include, in addition to the traditional appliances, a dishwasher and a wine refrigerator.

On the same floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, equipped with exclusive pieces by Philippe Stark.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms, one of them en-suite. The double bed in the first bedroom has a solid and noble oak headboard. The second bedroom offers a spectacular view of the sea. It also has its own dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with 2 hydro-massage showers.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped gymnasium as well as a large TV and a surround sound system.
From the basement you can reach the garage and the service room with washing machine and dryer.

The modern design continues in the outdoor area, with large terraces, equipped with modern furniture and sea views.
