This charming beach house offers a cosy porch and a spacious terrace, perfect for relaxation. The porch features a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast or a leisurely meal. The terrace has two sun loungers for sunbathing or reading while feeling the refreshing sea breeze. When the heat hits, the outdoor shower provides a quick cool down, or you can simply head to the beach, just a few steps away. Inside, the spacious living room has two areas: one with comfortable seating for conversation, and the other with a chaise longue perfect for watching TV. The dining kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop and all necessary appliances. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available. The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms: one with twin beds, and two with double beds and closets. There are two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Two baby cots and two high chairs are also provided. Located in Son Serra de Marina, a family-friendly coastal area, the house is just 550 meters from the rocky sandy beach and close to local services.
