After a day at the beach, relax with friends on the porch, enjoy a barbecue, and share stories. An outdoor shower helps rinse off the sand. The plot is fenced, but being a townhouse, there are direct neighbors. Inside, the rooms are bright and spacious with simple decor. The living/dining room has access to the terrace, where you can enjoy meals, watch TV-Sat, or listen to music. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction cooker, and has a wooden table perfect for breakfast. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
