Welcome to the charming vacation home Villa Son Servera Sea Front in the idyllic location of Son Servera. This beautiful house, accommodating up to 10 people, offers a perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating seaside getaway.

With five elegant and comfortable bedrooms (one specially designed for children), this house is ideal for large groups or families looking to share special moments in tranquility. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds that can be joined together to form comfortable double beds, providing flexibility to cater to guests' needs.

The location of this house is simply exceptional. Just 25 meters from the sea, the property offers direct access to the beach, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the crystal-clear waters and relax on the shore whenever they wish. The view and sound of the sea will be ever-present, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere that inspires calm.

The exterior of the house is equally impressive, with a porch to enjoy facing the lush and well-maintained garden that invites guests to appreciate the natural beauty surrounding the property. Additionally, a private pool offers the opportunity to cool off and swim in a private and luxurious setting.

Inside, the house has air conditioning in the living room and in the distributor of the rooms (hot and cold air pump). A fully equipped kitchen, a lounge for relaxing while watching TV or reading a good book, and several dining tables. Three complete bathrooms, all equipped with showers, are available. One of the bathrooms even features a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration under the warm sun or a day of sports at the Golf Course located just 2 km away. All rooms have ceiling fans to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

The villa is fully prepared to accommodate children of all ages, with a crib, high chair, games, a table for children's activities, and beach toys. You and your family will have an unforgettable vacation just a few meters from the beach.

In addition to being in a charming location on the east coast of Mallorca, you'll also have the opportunity to explore and enjoy various nearby attractions and points of interest.

Cala Bona and Cala Millor: These two popular beaches are very close to Carrer des Pinaro 14. Cala Bona is a small cove with authentic Mediterranean charm, while Cala Millor is a larger and livelier beach with a wide range of facilities and water sports.

Son Servera Golf & Pula Golf: If you're a golf enthusiast, there are two 18-hole golf courses located near Son Servera. They offer a challenging golf experience in a picturesque setting.

Caves of Drach: A bit further away, the Caves of Drach are a spectacular attraction worth visiting. These underground caves feature impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations, as well as an underground lake where boat concerts are held.

Local markets: In several nearby villages, including Son Servera, weekly markets are held where you can explore local products, crafts, and fresh foods. It's a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in local culture and traditions.

Llevant Peninsula Natural Park: If you enjoy nature and hiking, this nearby natural park offers a variety of trails and paths to explore the natural beauty of the region.

- Please take care of the waste generated during your stay. Kindly separate the waste into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.

- Use fans and heating responsibly. Turn them off when not at home or when not needed. Also, ensure windows and doors are closed to prevent the escape of cold or warm air.

- Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you wish to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
