Surrounding the 10m x 5m chlorine pool, which has a depth ranging from 0,8m to 2,2 m, there are 10 sun loungers and a magnificent green area with beautiful views on the farmlands. The kids will enjoy running and playing around and checking out the pond. There is an outside bathroom with a shower, for convenience of the whole family. The 2-storey house counts with a total of 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and a huge dining table for more than 10 persons. The independent kitchen counts with another, smaller dining table, a vitro hob and direct access to the porch. The tasty dishes can be served easily to the outside dining area. On the ground floor, there are also two bedrooms with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a bath tub for common use. The stairs lead you to a second, homely living room, with a fireplace and satellite TV. There, you will find three more bedrooms: two with two individual beds each, and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a toilet for common use, on this floor. The whole house is equipped with central heating, for the colder days. The location between the villages of Son Servera and Artà, provides easy access to charming villages like Cala Bona,to the natural parc of Levante or to Costa dels Pins.
