The pool can be heated for year-round enjoyment, complemented by six sun loungers ideal for relaxing after a delicious meal. Inside, the finca boasts bright, airy rooms with modern decor that seamlessly connect to the outdoors. The inviting dining and living area features beach-inspired colors, perfect for unwinding with satellite TV or enjoying the air-conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, and the laundry room comes with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—add convenience. Accommodating up to six guests, the finca offers three bedrooms: one with twin beds and two with double beds, one of which has direct garden access with air-conditioning unit Located just 1 km from Costa dels Pins beach, this finca is close to other stunning beaches like Cala Bona and Cala Millor.
