This villa offers the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the most popular tourist areas such as Calpe, Moraira and Benissa.

On the ground floor, the villa has a large terrace equipped with a barbecue, washing machine, fridge, outdoor living room and dining table, with direct access to the pool. There is an air conditioning unit on this part of the terrace. The terrace is left open for the pool maintenance, to keep the pool in good condition. The main house includes a living room with TV, an entrance hall, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob. In addition, on this floor we find:
