Welcome to Casa Caldera in Amagar, a lovely holiday home for 4 people with pool and fantastic views in the Caldera and to the Atlantic Ocean. Casa Caldera has in recent years transformed from a ruin into a beautiful holiday home, equipped with all comforts. It stands on a plot of approximately 600 m² at 350 meters above sea level and the holiday home is 120 m². The plot is is fenced, so privacy is guaranteed. There are several seating options at various heights on the property where you can enjoy the peace, your well-deserved holiday and nature. Casa Caldera has a fully equipped kitchen with utility room, a dining area, a separate dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms and upstairs a living room with spectacular views. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and two double beds, one of 180 * 200 and one of 160 * 200. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan and in the other bedroom there is an airco. Both bathrooms are spacious and modern. The largest bathroom consists of a large bath, a toilet, a sink and a nice view of the Caldera. The second bathroom is slightly smaller but has a very spacious shower, toilet, sink and via a small window lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean. For the cooler winter evenings there is a cosy fireplace at your disposal, there is also a mobile heating. Of course, casa Caldera is equipped with internet, satellite TV (mainly German), a dishwasher and a washing machine. For children up to 2 years, a cot and high chair is completed free of charge. The upstairs living room has modern furnishings and a great view. Through large swing doors you reach a large terrace and you have a panoramic view from the ocean via the Caldera to the beautiful mountains of La Palma. For the spectacular view of the Caldera is very noteworthy! One can, via the terrace get to the garden on the ground floor. There are various fruit trees in the garden, such as orange, papaya and banana trees. On the terrace is a nice barbecue and one can sit sheltered on the covered terrace at the rear of the house. A small staircase leads to the pool of 4 * 4 * 1.5 m which will be heated in the winter to +/- 25 ° C, for free. Countercurrent system in the pool!
