The apartment is located on the second floor of the luxury apartment complex Nortico 5 (5*****). Air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and an iron, a blow dryer and free wireless internet access are all available. The building does have a panorama elevator. Private parking is available in the basement. The apartment offers a living room, an open spaced kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sitting area and satellite TV HD. The open spaced kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer combo, a kettle, a coffee maker and more. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and the second bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm French bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The apartment offers a quiet location, only about five minutes on foot from the beach and the boardwalk and fifteen minutes from the centre of town. A large supermarket can be found after about 100 meters. For a stay of longer than two weeks, we maximally charge for two weeks/person for bedding and towels.
