Description
The house was built in the 50s and renovated in spring 2011 and furnished with new furniture. The house is 80 sqm and is suitable for 6 persons. It has three bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen with dining area and fully tiled shower room with toilet, sink and washing machine. The rooms are divided into one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds. The living room is bright and airy with views of the lake and equipped with a large sofa and 42 inch TV. The kitchen is equipped with stove, ceiling fan, fridge / freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Large sunny terrace overlooking the lake, garden furniture with seating for 6 people and umbrellas. Access to the rowboat and swimming ability. Fishing in the lake is possible. There is parking at the house.
