Not far from Varberg, in Espevik, you find this modern and cozy house. Only 150 m to nice sea baths with both rocks and sandy beaches. The house is located on the idyllic Årnäshalvön with nice nature reserves and surroundings. Newly renovated surrounded by a beautiful, large garden for playing games and have fun. The terrace is located in south- west and have, for your privacy, a wooden fence around it. Here you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee and nice barbecue evenings. The house is equipped with both dishwasher and washing machine. Has two nice bathrooms and there is free Wifi with high speed. Brand new kitchen with everything you need and a large, pleasant living room. Here you have a TV with several streaming services when it is too chilly to sit outside. The house is suitable for the large family as well as for 2 families who want spend the holiday together as there are 8 beds spread over 4 bedrooms.

To see and do in Espevik and the surrounding area
In about 10 minutes, you can get to Varberg, where you can visit Varberg Fortress and castle, among other things. There you can walk along the nice promenade that stretches from the center all the way to Apelviken, which is known for good surfing on windy days. Enjoy the health resort with Sweden's only Thalasso Spa.
If you want to shop, you should go to the famous Gekås in Ullared. It is Scandinavia's largest department store with its 44,500 square meters and it takes about 40 minutes by car to get there. If you're lucky, they might record an episode of the famous TV series, Ullared. Gothenburg is only 50 minutes away for a trip to Liseberg, maybe more shopping or just a stroll around all the beautiful parks. Visit the beautiful Gässlösa nature reserve in autumn or on a lovely summer day.
