Welcome to this charming summer cottage by Lake Såkern in Aplared outside Borås! Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with a magical view of the lake, your own jetty and a sauna next to the water. Perfect for those who want to explore nature and enjoy the peace.

In the cabin there is a kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator (with freezer in the basement), stove and oven. In the living room there is a cozy wood stove, a sofa bed for 2 people, TV and a table with 4 chairs. Large windows provide a fantastic view of the lake.

A bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 cm). A brand new bathroom with shower and toilet. You can also enjoy the view through the window from here.

Next to the cabin is a charming guest cabin with 2 single beds (90 cm) and 2 armchairs for relaxation. A small kitchenette with a kettle and a small fridge is also available. For added convenience, a Porta Potti is installed in a closet in the hall for overnight use.

The lawn slopes down to the lake. Here by the lakeside there is a brand new sauna building with room for 6 people. After a day of exploring and activities, you can relax in the sauna and enjoy the fantastic view of the lake. Outside there are deckchairs, a fireplace for barbecuing and the opportunity to just enjoy the peace and the singing of the birds.

For fishing enthusiasts, a rowing boat is included (life jackets are available to borrow) and then you can test your fishing luck in lake Såkern (fishing license required). For hiking enthusiasts, there are several hiking trails in the area with historical sights to explore. Aplared is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and hikers of all levels.

If you feel like a little shopping or city life, it's only a short drive of about 15 minutes to Borås, where you can find everything from shops in the center to bargains at "Knalleland" and Borås Zoo.

For a longer day trip, the larger city of Gothenburg is less than an hour's drive away, where you can experience sights such as Avenyn, Liseberg and Universeum. For those who love shopping, there is also the opportunity to visit Ullared and Gekås, about an hour's drive from the cottage. Warm welcome!
