Welcome to this luxurious holiday home in Kattvik, Båstad, perfect for up to 8 people. This large and spacious house offers two floors of comfort and elegance.

The house has four bedrooms, three of them equipped with double beds and one with two single beds, which provides plenty of space for all guests. There are two modern bathrooms; one with both toilet, shower and bathtub and one with toilet and shower, to meet all needs. The fully equipped kitchen has an open floor plan that smoothly integrates with the spacious living room. Here you can cook and socialize at the same time, making it the perfect place for family gatherings and dinners with friends. Large windows let in lots of natural light and provide a wonderful view of the sea.

Enjoy the sea view from the large terrace, complete with comfortable garden furniture. The nice garden provides a calm and green environment where you can relax and enjoy nature.

Not far from the house, you will find a charming waffle house where you can enjoy delicious waffles. Additionally, a marina is nearby, making it easy to explore the coast and enjoy boating.
