Pleasant cottage with a scenic location in the middle of Öland, approx. 18 km southeast of Borgholm.

The cottage consists of a comfortable living room with a wood stove, a kitchen with a small wood stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a shower. In the annex you will find a bedroom with a bunk bed and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside the annex there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue for nice summer evenings. The plot are large with room for various ball games for the children.

To see and do in Borgholm and the surrounding area
The owners who live nearby have some sheep that graze on the surrounding land. They also have a slaughterhouse if you want to buy lamb meat.

In about 15 minutes by car, you will reach Borgholm with its range of shops, restaurants and the king's summer pleasure, Solliden. If you want to play golf, there are several fine facilities within reasonable distance. You can bathe, for example, at Störlinge bodar, where there are fine sandy beaches. If you are interested in agriculture and vehicles from the past, the popular Störlinge Agricultural & Motor Museum is only 1 km away. You can also visit Öland's museum in Himmelsberga, where you will find cultural history, art, events, handicrafts, and an open-air museum with landrace animals. Here you can also enjoy coffee, homemade coffee and lunches, all in a genuine Öland environment. In 30 minutes, you can get to Gårdby Café & Lanthandel, which is a miscellaneous store, garden cafe, interior design store and clothing store. If you want to eat at a fine fish restaurant with a sea view, Kårehamn's fish and sea cuisine is recommended.
