Newly built cozy cottage located approx. 21 km east of Färjestaden and approx. 5 km from the sea.
The house has an open floor plan with a small handy kitchen with an adjacent dining area. In the kitchen you will find a stove, refrigerator and a microwave, everything you could possibly need to cook if you don't want to eat at one of the nearby restaurants. The bathroom is large and spacious and equipped with both a shower and a washing machine. In the bedroom you will find two new single beds with access to a patio deck that runs around half the house. On the balcony, which is screened off from the owner's house, you can sit and relax in the outdoor group that is available.
To see and do in the immediate area
In about 25 minutes you reach Ferry Town where you will find shops, nice restaurants down in the harbor as well as Öland's animals and amusement park etc. There is also a pizzeria only 1 km from the house, there is also a selfserving store 100 meters away. If you want to swim on a nice sandy beach, you can take a trip to the popular swimming pool in Bjärby, about 5 km away. If you are interested in agriculture and vehicles from the past, the popular Störlinge Agricultural & Motor Museum is only 14 km away. You can also visit Öland's museum in Himmelsberga, where you will find cultural history, art, events, handicrafts, an open-air museum with landrace animals. Here you can also enjoy coffee, homemade coffee and lunches, all in a genuine Öland environment. In 10 minutes you can get to Gårdby Café & Lanthandel, which is a general store with a garden cafe, interior design shop and clothing store.
