Welcome to this holiday house in Flen. Here you live with a short walk to grocery stores, (coop and ica) cafes and restaurants. At the same time as it is close to nature and swimming opportunities, which makes this holiday accommodation well suited for the family!
The house has room for 4 adults and 2 children and has beds scattered in 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm. A sofa bed with a width of 140 cm in the living room. Upstairs there is a bedroom with 1 single bed and a single bed in the bedroom/hallway. Space for two cars on the driveway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, freezer, microwave, fridge and stove. Table with 6 seats. A bathroom with shower and wc is on the upper floor and a bathroom with only wc on the ground floor.
Two terraces towards south. From the living room there is an exit to the one of the south-facing terraces with an awning over the patio. Perfect place to relax during warm summer evenings!

Things to see and do in Flen and the surrounding area
There are several beautiful castles to visit. Hedenlunda, Sparreholm and Rockelstad castles are the most popular. Flen is located by the beautiful lakes Gårdsjön, Buren and Orrhammaren. Take the opportunity to fish in one of the lakes. There are plenty of bathing opportunities here. For example the lake called Orresta, 35 minutes by walk.
If you want to go on an adventure, the Tureberg cave with a rock passage that leads into the cave, which is 2 meters below, is an exciting experience. Walking/Lida round about 7km, goes along Gårdsjön and is worth recommending. Stenhammasslott café/restaurant Lidagård (approx. 3.5km) is along the circuit and is a perfect stop.
If you prefer an active holiday, there are several sports activities to choose from. 8 min walk to Hammarvallen's swimming and sports hall, swimming hall with 25m pool and teaching pool as well as a small adventure pool for children, bowling, cafe, soccer fields, padel hall and electric light track 2.5 km. Golf courses are also nearby.
Communications
7 min walk to Flen train (SJ) and bus station with 58 min to Stockholms Central, 1 time/hour.
There is plenty to do in Stockholm. Shopping, sights, boat trips in the Stockholm archipelago.

Good to know about this accommodation:
Final cleaning can be added for SEK 1,500. If you decide to clean by your own, check-out at 12 noon.
Otherwise check out at 10am.
Deposit: SEK 1,500.
Bed linen & towels mandatory cost: SEK 250 per person and stay

The owner lives in a cabin on the property some days. In the boiler room located in the basement with its own entrance, the owner can top up with pellets so that hot water and heat work for your guests. But it's nothing that will be noticed.
