Description
This cosy holiday house enjoys an idyllic location near the Falsterbo Canal on the Skanör/Falsterbo peninsula. Let the sea breeze waft around you. The sea is just 500 metres away. The peninsula is also called “Näset” locally, as the peninsula is so “nose-shaped”, protruding out into the Baltic Sea. The vibrant villages of Höllviken, Skanör and Falsterbo all have many beautiful sandy beaches and are within 10km.
The living room provides two sofas and a TV with free channels (SVT1, SVT2, SVT24, SVT Children’s, TV4, TV6) and free 100Mbit wireless Internet access. The screen/TV is fitted with Google chrome so that guests can stream programs from their phone/pad. The very lovely kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove, oven and of course all the necessary appliances (coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.). The bathroom, completely newly renovated in 2013, has a shower, WC and a washing machine.
The beautiful garden has a terrace with a gas BBQ and garden furniture. Two car parking spaces are available. Two bicycles can be used free of charge and further bicycles can often be arranged.
The beaches are on both sides of the peninsula. On the Denmark side it is about 500 metres to the seaside, but the best beach is on the other side about 900 metres to the east. Just 400 metres from the house there is the famous Anna’s bakery, where you can collect fresh bread rolls every morning or enjoy breakfast with a cup of coffee and cake. There are various golf courses on the peninsula and within 30 minutes by car you can get to another 30 golf courses. In September and October you can observe many migrating birds here, a great experience. The Falsterbo channel yacht harbour is 600 metres away and Skanör is 10km away, as well as the site for the international Falsterbo Horse Show.
Owing to the location, the attractive towns of Malmö and Trelleborg are easy to get to and you can even go on a day trip to the Danish capital Copenhagen. Fishing in the channell and the sea is free of charge. It is about 250 metres to a very good road connection to Malmö and the town and airport at Copenhagen, 25 and 55 minutes away.
