An outdoor seating place with BBQ is available.

In the Golf- and Beach paradise Halmstad you can go for a swim and enjoy kilometer long white beaches or play golf on one of the eight golf courses close by, one of them voted as Sweden’s best golf course (Tylösand). Halmstad offers also a large variety of shopping, restaurants, family activities and other amusements and is one of the best summer cities in Sweden.

-Animals and smoking are not permitted indoors

-In one of the living rooms (with bed sofa) the roof height is only 190 cm

-The house is not let to people below 25 years old

-Bike rental is available in Halmstad
