This cottage is as close to the sea as you can get, 5 meters, in the middle of nature and rich bird life and yet close to Kalmar. It offers beautiful surroundings and fantastic sunrises. Ideal for couples who want to relax in a quiet environment as well as for those who travel for work. When the weather permits, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun in the garden group.
The cottage is only 18 m2 but is very space efficient which is available with a kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, stove, kettle, coffee maker, dining area with sea view and a sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, toilet and washbasin. Since the cottage is located on the owner's plot, the owner has made sure that you have a separate part of the plot.
Things to see and do in the surrounding area
You can get to Kalmar in about 10 minutes. Here are both restaurants, shops and Kalmar Castle well worth a visit or you can drive to A World of Dinosaurs which is Europe's largest dinosaur exhibition which is a world-class attraction located just outside Kalmar. Öland – the island of sun and wind – is also worth seeing with all its fine sandy beaches, golf courses, the king's summer pleasure – Solliden, restaurants and farm shops. Close to the house is Hossmo farm, a fantastic country café and flea market located in a unique and historic environment.
