The villa is nestled in a large, verdant garden that invites you to play, games and total relaxation. There is several tasteful outdoor furniture, lounge chairs and a cozy hammock where you can enjoy quiet moments in nature. The generous terrace is equipped with a gas grill, perfect for lovely barbecue evenings at sunset.

Inside the house, you are greeted by a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with large work surfaces, ideal for those interested in cooking. The kitchen is directly connected to an inviting family room with a comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate an additional overnight guest. The villa has two bedrooms: one with a lovely double bed and another with two comfortable single beds, all with high comfort for a good night's sleep.

The large, fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and offers a fresh and relaxing environment. Downstairs you will find a luxuriously furnished family room that invites you to evenings of socializing and entertainment. Here there is a fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, a pool table for exciting matches, and a sofa bed for extra sleeping places. On the same floor, there is also a sauna with a shower for relaxing spa moments and a fully equipped gym for those who want to stay active.
