The rent includes a rowboat, boat motor (tenants buy fuel), canoe and a bathing pontoon. Located in a peaceful and quiet area. There are moose, deer and other animals almost just around the corner. There are both cycling and hiking trails just outside the plot, and not very far from the house it is possible to swim. Short distance to Kalmar and Øland.
