Completely renovated holiday house with its own lake plot in Tannåker, 23 km from Ljungby.
The house has 3 bedrooms with a double bed and is for a maximum of 6 people. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace and one of the bedrooms has aircondition. The room next to it, which is a study / small gym, also has direct access to the terrace.

In the living room/library you can sit on the sofa and enjoy a book or why not enjoy a movie night as the house has a Apple TV. You have a fantastic view of the lake through the large window sections. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and induction hob and has an open floor plan with living room no. 2 and here too you have a fantastic view of Bolmen.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, as well as a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Smart TV, Wifi/fiber included in the rent.

You have a large natural plot of 5500 m2. Charcoal grill and garden furniture are available. The house has a balcony and a large, covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy the silence. The boat that is included in the rental is located down by the boat house and is 11 feet. There is a nice pier with a bathing ladder here. 2 kayaks are also included in the rent. The property also has its own sandy beach further away and you live completely separately. Lake Bolmen is Sweden's 10th largest lake with good fishing and swimming opportunities. There are plenty of zander, pike and perch here.

To see and do in Ljungby and the surrounding area

The nearest shop in summer is Lanthandeln in Tannåker 2 km, then there are shops in Lagan and Ljungby. There are also many museums here, such as The Sven Ljungberg and Fairytale Museum.
There is Elinge Moose Park, Laganland and Smålandet if you want to watch moose. Take the ferry over from the northern part of Bolmsö. If you drive south, you can visit Tiraholm Fisk, which is located on the eastern side of Bolmen in Halland.
Here you can eat good zander but also buy smoked fish to take home. Dannäs waffle coffee, Sussies Cafe and Gräddhyllan are nice excursion destinations. If you want to play tennis, there is a tennis court in Tannåker. You have great swimming opportunities in Bolmen, but if you want to swim in the sea, Halmstad and Tylösand are only an hour away.
If you want to make a day trip, you can visit Store Mosse national park, High Chaparall and Hestra/Isaberg. Or a little further away also Astrid Lindgren's World and Gränna.

A deposit of SEK 2,000 is mandatory, which you will receive again provided that the house is left in orderly condition.
