Renovated and cozy cottage located just 200 m from the sea and 12 km south of Kalmar.
This cottage is situated in a peaceful location with a private rear facing a field. Inside you will find a living room with a wood burning stove and a sofa bed, a nice open plan kitchen with the living room, two bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom equipped with both a shower and a washing machine. From the living room you reach a large built-in conservatory that you can stay in if the weather is bad. At the back, facing the field, you will find a SPA that is surrounded by a terrace. The plot is good for various activities, as it is flat and not hilly. Next to the house you will find an annex with a bed for two people. In a few minutes you reach the small bay.
To see and do in the immediate area
You can get to Kalmar in about 20 minutes. Here there are both restaurants, shops and Kalmar castle well worth a visit or you can drive to A World of Dinosaurs which is Europe's largest dinosaur exhibition which is a world-class attraction located just outside Kalmar. Öland - the island of the sun and winds - is also worth seeing with all its fine sandy beaches, golf courses, the king's summer pleasure - Solliden, restaurants and farm shops. Near the house is Hossmo gård, a fantastic country cafe and flea market located in a unique and historic environment.
