Welcome to a charming holiday home in the heart of Skåne, located in the idyllic town of Perstorp. This newly built, modern house of 134 square meters offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

The house has two floors and is thoughtfully designed to meet all your needs. On the first floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and an open living room that creates a cozy atmosphere for socializing and communal meals. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor, there are two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a single bed, and a practical bathroom with a shower.

Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a grill, where you can enjoy outdoor meals and delightful summer evenings. The garden is a place for relaxation with a private pool for refreshing dips and a cozy little spot with a fire pit, perfect for gathering around a fire and enjoying starry nights.

Perstorp offers a variety of activities and attractions. Visit the scenic Söderåsen National Park for hikes through forests and ravines.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy Perstorp Golf Club, and for water adventures, you can paddle along the Rönne River from Ullstorp Cottages.
