Description

Newly built and well equipped house of high standard for comfortable year-round accommodation about 20 meters from the beach edge at idyllic sea bay. 6 + 2 beds. The house belongs to a private plot with lawn and terrace with a 15 meter walk down to its own jetty and new boat with electric outboard. The house is perfect for those looking for a seafront location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The private plot has a lawn, large Brazilian hammock and a wooden terrace with garden furniture group and barbecue. The site, the dock and the boat are only used by those who rent the house. New boat (2020) with electric outboard and oars included. The house which is on about 50 m2 living space on two levels contains living room with kitchen, dining area, bedroom, spacious fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and combined washer / dryer, large living room / bedroom upstairs which is reached via beautiful Italian spiral staircase. There is an iron, ironing board and drying rack. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, hot air oven, microwave, cooker hood, coffee and kettle as well as kitchen equipment. Smart Android LED TV. The bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 and wardrobe with mirror sliding doors. From the living room / bedroom upstairs you have a wonderful view of the bay through large round window (dia 2 m) with ventilation position. Upstairs there are four 90x200 cm spring beds. Upstairs is equipped with AC. The living room has sofa bed 140x200 cm. There are blankets, pillows and blankets. Sheets and towels are rented or included. Very nearby there is the idyllic harbour at Revsudden. The nearest town is Kalmar. It is about 15 minutes from the accommodation. Kalmar has some historical buildings, many restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The second-largest island in Sweden, Öland, has a fabulous natural landscape. The island is accessed over a six-kilometre-long bridge and is about 25 minutes from the house. Close to Snärjebäcken with fine rainbow fishing. A number of nice swimming areas within 0.5 -2 km, grocery store, pizzeria and café within 4-6 km. The small protected archipelago is perfect for kayaking. Kayaks can be booked or rented on site subject to availability. The Kalmarsund Trail passes near the house. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Pets are allowed, but must be quiet and kept on site. Free fishing in the sea. Fishing equipment and life jackets are included. There are many pike and perch. Prohibition of fishing perch and pike in April-May.
