Description

The 115m² house was completely renovated in 2010 and is now a modern house of a very high standard. It provides eight beds and two additional beds, and can therefore also accommodate two families who would like to spend their holiday together. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and wood-burning stove. Next to the kitchen there is a roofed terrace with a sea view. There is also a bedroom with three beds. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, and a dining room with big windows facing west towards the sea. There are also two bedrooms here, one with a double bed. There is a bathroom next to the bedroom with a shower and a little sauna. The house has an HD TV (family package from Canal Digital), a DVD player and wireless Internet access for entertainment. This villa was completely renovated and enjoys a fantastic location, just a stone’s throw from the sea. The beach villa is of a very high standard and is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and who appreciate the exclusive location near the sea and beautiful nature. Please note that pets are not allowed. The upper floor has a big balcony with a fantastic view of the sea, from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. There is also a conservatory.
