This holiday home is located close to the lovely, small, town of Trosa - approx. 40 min. south of Stockholm - in a rural location near (150 m) the river Trosaån. The lovely house with an inviting mix of novelty and tradition lies by the old town of Trosa, (outside Trosa) and has a large, well-equipped and modern country kitchen with good storage space, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, etc. There is a Miele washing machine in the bathroom. Here are 6 beds in 3 bedrooms (all with doors). In one bedroom there is a double bed, and the other two bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each. In addition, there is a cot. There is a patio of 12 m2 and a balcony of approx. 5 m2. There is only 150 m to the river, Trosaån, where it is possible to fish (fishing license required). The house is within cycling distance to Trosa and Vagnhärad. (There are 2 bicycles you can borrow if the previous guests have left the bicycles in a usable condition). There are many excursion possibilities! Not least, the beautiful little town of Trosa is worth a visit all year round. In addition, you can easily drive to e.g. Stockholm or Kolmården Zoo. It is free for everyone to fish in the sea with rod and hook
