The family-friendly house is located in the village of Alvaneu Dorf in the canton of Graubünden. The town is at an altitude of 1200 m on the connecting road between Davos and Lenzerheide. The division into semi-staggered floors gives the interior a friendly atmosphere. Here there are three double bedrooms, a bath/toilet, a shower/toilet, a living/dining area with an open fireplace and an open gallery above, towards the living/dining area. With an additional sofa bed, the gallery offers accommodation for up to four more people, so that there is space for up to ten people in total. Attached are a terrace and a large balcony. An integrated garage and two parking spaces in front of the house offer space for three vehicles. The kitchen with three-plate electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with *** freezer compartment and separate microwave is fully equipped with crockery. The house has electric underfloor central heating.

The idyllic ski paradise of the Albula Valley in the canton of Graubünden invites you to spend a winter holiday with its beautiful mountains. A ski slope suitable for beginners with a ski lift is located on site. The ski areas of Davos, equipped with modern lifts and first-class pistes, as well as the ski regions of Lenzerheide/Valbella (known from the FIS Ski World Cup final) and Savognin are each approx. 20 km away from the centrally located Alvaneu and can be reached quickly by car or post bus. Both in Davos and in Lenzerheide there is also the opportunity for other winter activities, e.g. ice skating, curling, snow walks, etc. The access road in front of the house can also be used as a toboggan run in winter. The tobogganing paradise of Bergün can also be reached in about 20 minutes. Below the village you can relax in the thermal baths with sauna area in the sub-community of Alvaneu Bad, or enjoy a leisurely window shop in Davos or Lenzerheide and a cup of tea, coffee or even a "Schümli Pflümli".

Directly from the front door you can take a variety of hikes and walks in summer. For example, you can walk to the summer pasture above the village, hike from the Albula Valley to Arosa or enjoy an impressive mountain panorama when descending from the 2865 m high Rothorn in Lenzerheide. The nearby towns of Tiefencastel (approx. 6 km away) and Filisur (approx. 4 km away) are on the Chur — St. Moritz railway line and are express train stations for the Glacier and Bernina Express of the Rhaetian Railway. In front of Filisur is the famous Landwasser Viaduct. Below the village, the thermal baths with sauna area and the adjoining 9-hole golf course in the sub-community of Alvaneu Bad are ideal for relaxation. Bathing enthusiasts get their money's worth at a small bathing lake in Savognin. Active holiday lovers are also catered for with a wide range of activities, e.g. mountain biking, paragliding, etc. Alvaneu is also an ideal starting point for varied motorbike tours.

The final cleaning is included in the rental price. Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. This helps us to protect the environment and make cleaning efficient. However, for your comfort, we will provide you with pillows and blankets.
