Frisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet vermittelt das Haus Luxus, tolle Aussicht und Platz bis 9 Personen. Tolle Lage direkt an der Talstation der Sesselbahn Mattstock. Etwas zurückgesetzt von der Strasse und sehr ruhig. Dennoch ist man in wenigen Schritten im Dorfladen und den Restaurants. Durch die Aufteilung in Studio und oberer Bereich eignet es sich bestens um auch älteren Kindern einen eigenen Bereich mit Privacy zu schenken - oder den Grosseltern ;-) Es gibt unter dem Dach zwei neue Schlafgalerien mit einer 140cm Matraze und in der anderen eine 90cm Matratze. Die Kinder lieben es. Draussen sitzen kann südseitig vor dem Haus, auf der Terasse oder auf dem Sitzplatz hinten, wo auch das Trampolin steht. Im Studio unten hat es einen kleineren TV und oben ein 45-Zoll TV und Musikanlage. Für die Kleinen gibt es diverse Spielsachen, Kinderstühle und Kinderbett. Für das Chalet Ruestel stehen zwei eigenen Parkplätze zu Verfügung.
