The flat is only a three minutes' walk from the picturesque town of Appenzell. You can find everything you need in the neighbourhood. The object is about twenty years old and is on the second floor in a dwelling house. The spacious living room forms the centre of the light flat, you can relax in the reading corner and the modern kitchen and the two beautifully furnished bedrooms offer everything you need for the perfect holiday. The flat has partially been renovated recently which makes it look brand new.

Normally, the flat serves as the main place of residence for the landlord. During your stay, however, the flat is all yours. The landlords bedroom and bathroom are not at your disposal and will be locked. However, they will not be used during your stay. You can start different hiking tours into the Alpstein mountains or to one of the surrounding hills directly from the flat. The old town around the hauptgasse with its many authentic shops is also reachable by foot.
