The apartment is located in the former farmhouse and former stable of a typical Engadine house, which were joined in 2004 to form an exclusive apartment. The large round windows allow nature to enter fill the living room with the bright Engadine sun. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the railway station of Ardez are within walking distance.
The apartment of approx. 120 m2 is located on the 2nd floor of an old Engadine house, which is directly attached to the historical tower (Romanesque Tuor) from the 13th century. The railway station is three minutes' walk from the house. There are also parking spaces available at reduced prices. Shopping can be done in the local shops in the village.
In winter you can reach the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars by train in 10 minutes or by a skishuttlebus from Ardez directly to the valley station of the chair lift in Ftan (in high season).

In the bright apartment (approx. 120 m2) furnished with taste and charm, you can enjoy your holidays to the max. The living room features a cosy sofa corner and reading chair. From there you can enjoy the view of Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites through the large arched windows and forget all the worries and just relax. The open kitchen is equipped with all comforts and has a glass ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The large dining table invites you to eat or play together. The three bedrooms are equipped with single beds (2x 90x200 / 1x 80x200). Two bathrooms allow everyone to start the day in the morning without any stress. One is equipped with double washbasin and bath/WC, the second with shower/WC. The apartment has a covered balcony in the living room and another one on the south side of the house.
