Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Delivery service available. Beautiful hiking trails from the house. Warning: the car park or garage facilities must be pre-booked with the keyholder: parking 5CHF/day, covered parking 8CHF/day, garage parking 16CHF/day.
