(3-5 minutes walk from the village center and train station) in a very quiet location. Combined living room and bedroom, separate kitchen with dining area, plus shower and WC. Double folding bed (2 separate, high-quality mattresses). Optimally furnished; satellite TV, telephone and WLAN. Kitchen with oven and microwave grill, incl. kitchen utensils. The studio is located on the first floor of a double detached house with an arched doorway giving access to the garden seating area. This is favored by the evening sun. There is a parking space for the apartment in the underground garage. The apartment is rented at an all-inclusive price, including bed linen, visitor's tax, garage and ancillary costs (excluding final cleaning) Including public transport for the Upper Engadine from May 2021, mountain railroads excluded
