Die Sauna ist kostenpflichtig und kann durch eine Reservierung privat gebucht werden. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich auch die Tiefgarage, zu welcher Parkplatz Nr. 31 zur Wohnung gehört. Besucherparkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
Beim Hauswart im Haupthaus kann ein Brötchenservice bestellt werden. Eine grosse Auswahl an Kinderspielsachen stehen zur freien Benutzung und ein Tischtennistisch laden zum Verweilen ein.
